GalarConquest

English Version:

GalarConquest is our first game — a Game Jam project developed in 5 days. It's a 2D space-themed Shooter with Bullet Hell elements, inspired by old Atari games. You control your spaceship using only your mouse, dodging waves of enemies that shoot at you. The spawn rate increases over time, making survival more intense.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• The game is currently only available in Portuguese.

• The “Z” key shoots (we forgot to include that info inside the game).
  

• There is no win condition yet — it's a survival-style game for now.

• We're planning a different system for the future, but this is the version we’re presenting for the jam.

• The game works best on HD monitors — otherwise, the death screen might bug out.

• If you press the “Reiniciar” button ("Restart" in Portuguese), the score at the top stops increasing — that’s a known bug.

• The game contains other small bugs, and we do not plan to return to this project at the moment.

GalarConquest é o nosso primeiro jogo — um projeto desenvolvido em apenas 5 dias para uma Game Jam. Trata-se de um jogo 2D de tiro com elementos de Bullet Hell, ambientado no espaço e inspirado em jogos clássicos de Atari. Você controla sua nave usando apenas o mouse, desviando de ondas de inimigos que atiram constantemente. A frequência de surgimento dos inimigos aumenta com o tempo, tornando a sobrevivência cada vez mais desafiadora.

⚠️ Informações Importantes:

• Atualmente, não há um sistema de vitória — o jogo segue o estilo sobrevivência.

• A tecla "Z" atira (esquecemos de incluir essa informação dentro do jogo).

• Planejamos outro tipo de sistema para o futuro, mas esta é a versão que temos para apresentar por enquanto.

• O jogo funciona corretamente apenas em monitores HD — em resoluções menores, a tela de morte pode apresentar bugs.

• Ao clicar no botão “Reiniciar”, a pontuação no topo da tela para de contar — esse é um bug já conhecido.

• O jogo contém outros pequenos bugs, e não pretendemos retornar ao projeto neste momento.
